Often we get overwhelmed with a situation we are faced with or a project we have decided to undertake. Even as we start with enthusiasm, the tasks and complexity that present themselves can feel too much to handle. When we review things not as one huge whole, but as a sum of smaller parts, it not only changes the way we feel, but the energy and dynamism that flows through us changes as well.
We gain confidence. Each part looks much more manageable, giving us a sense of reassurance, and more importantly, focus. As we achieve mini successes and see small progress, our confidence increases, sustaining us through the larger endeavor.
We gain clarity and plan better when looking at how each part plays its role and yet, how all the parts are inter-related. A great sportsman doesn’t get overawed with setting a new world record. He makes each element of success – health, fitness, technique, strategy, and practice a smaller part of the larger picture. When we make each small part big, the big picture looks smaller and easier to achieve.
We learn to reach out. Each smaller part may need a skill or experience that we don’t possess, opening our minds to collaborating with many along the way. Not only do we build something meaningful, but also meaningful relationships along the way.
The whole is greater than the sum of its parts. When we reflect and understand this principle, having set our vision and goal, we stop worrying about the outcome, knowing that if each part is well delivered, success will present itself.
If ever we feel overwhelmed with the challenge and opportunity before us and feel like breaking away, we need to remind ourselves of the small but powerful principle that will keep us on track, moving towards success– break it up into smaller parts.

Every task gives us opportunity to learn something new,but at the each
step we should show dedication and hardwork
