Everything in life is created twice. First in the mind and then in reality. Our mind has this infinite capacity for innovation and creativity. How does one tap into that power within and create something that inspires and surprises even ourselves.
Creativity comes from a strong sense of purpose. Having a large inspiring goal propels the mind into finding and developing answers. And that journey taps into our creative potential.
It comes from Love. When we truly love something we allow ourselves to give our best and in that we discover our latent potential.
It comes from compassion. When we are deeply touched and stirred with the situation, a strong force within us shifts our thinking in finding creative solutions.
Creativity comes from beauty. What’s beautiful to our eyes resonates and triggers in us the spirit of making and creating beautiful things.
It can even come from a crisis. Pushed to the edge when everything seems lost and our normal thinking can take us no further, we desperately tap into our deeper being and magically discover creative answers.
But this power cannot differentiate between good and bad. Just as petrol will fuel the vehicle of an ambulance and a thief equally, this power is just a power. This puts an even greater responsibility on us to use it with responsibility. We don’t realise it, but what we create internally shapes the future direction of our life.
We must be careful what we create in our minds. It can become our reality.
We’ve been gifted the capacity to create. And in this gift lies the power for us to shape, not just ourselves and our life, but shape the world.

Yes… creativity has been my go to 🙂
creativity along with a positive thought process so important …awesome !
Creativity so important. Something new. It brings us forward in our journey. It creates. I love the reflection of the possibility of such power to turn negative. That we have the resonsability. For me creativity always has a positive connotion. But you are absolutely right.
The picture is amazing. Thanks for sharing.
Thanks for this Karin
How do you define creativity? Is it creativity in the conventional sense or is it in the broader sense of the word. Doesn’t creativity encompass innovation, ingenuity etc? Is that what you mean when you use the word creativity?
Our mind has the capacity to create. The expression of that in action leads to both – creativity in its conventional sense, art literature, music, etc and also innovation which has its roots in the creative capacity of the mind.
Words in English language sometimes have their limitations.
To Innovative is also to “come up with” or “create” a new or different way of doing something.
The root is in the creativite power of the mind also known as our “Sankalp Shakti”
